Instructions
1. Select a building.
2. Enter a room id for a specific room. Otherwise, leave it blank to return all rooms in the building.
3. Enter the date in "mm/dd/yyyy" format and press submit.
4. Rooms are booked continuously throughout the day so avoid disappointment by checking space availability again before calling CEVS.
5. Please check Setup/Takedown Times for Facility Managers, located to your left in the Table of Contents, prior to submitting your reservation request.

  print, sign and fax the request to (530) 752-3388 for processing.

  Please review the UES Cancellation Fees prior to faxing your
  cancellation request. You may also email us at ues@ucdavis.edu. We
  require a written request for all cancellations.
